This guide outlines all the Necromancer Uniques that Diablo 4 players can find, including some very powerful Scythes that can change your build and playstyle, so let's get started.

Diablo 4 Necromancer Uniques & Stats Listed

Diablo 4 has 13 Unique items that any character class can use. Each class also has eight (8) Unique items that only they can use. Against popular belief, you can equip more than one Unique item at a time, in case you didn't know.

Uniques for the Necromancer and every other class only start dropping on World Tier 3 (Nightmare) difficulty, and more possible drops unlock on World Tier 4 (Torment). Below the image of the Black River scythe, you will find a list of Necromancer Uniques to farm, including their stats range and powers.

Black River (Scythe)

  • 1.10 Attacks per Second (Fast Weapon)
  • +[1 - 206] Life On Kill
  • + Ranks of the Fueled by Death Passive
  • +[10 - 63] Intelligence
  • +[2 - 23.5]% Damage to Distant Enemies
  • +[2 - 35]% Damage to Healthy Enemies
  • Corpse Explosion consumes up to 4 additional Corpses around the initial Corpse, dealing [122 - 130]% increased damage and with a [21 - 25]% larger radius per additional Corpse.

Blood Artisan's Cuirass (Chest)

  • +[6.5 - 10.0]% Blood Orb Healing
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Damage for Seconds After Picking Up a Blood Orb
  • +[2.0 - 4.1]% Total Armor
  • + Ranks of Bone Spirit
  •  When you pick up [5 - 10] Blood Orbs, a free Bone Spirit is spawned, dealing bonus damage based on your current Life percent.

Bloodless Scream (2H Scythe)

  • 0.90 Attacks per Second (Slow Weapon)
  • +[2 - 411] Life On Kill
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Damage to Chilled Enemies
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Damage to Frozen Enemies
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Darkness Skill Damage
  • +[17.5 - 28.0]% Cold Resistance
  • Your Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 40%.
  • Lucky Hit: Your Darkness Skills have up to a 100% chance to generate [2 - 5] additional Essence against Frozen targets.

Deathless Visage (Head)

  • +[8.5 - 12.0]% Critical Strike Damage with Bone Skills
  • +[4 - 18] Maximum Essence
  • +[2.0 - 4.1]% Total Armor
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Physical Damage
  • Bone Spear leaves behind echoes as it travels that explode, dealing [10 - 3175] damage.

Deathspeaker's Pendant (Amulet)

  • +[4 - 18.5]% Resistance to All Elements
  • + Ranks of the Coalesced Blood Passive
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Blood Skill Damage
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Summoning Skill Damage
  • +[13.5 - 24.0]% Overpower Damage
  • Blood Surge casts a mini nova on your Minions, dealing [4 - 1361] damage. Damage is increased by 10% per target drained by the initial cast, up to 50%.

Greaves of the Empty Tomb (Boots)

  • +1-3 Max Evade Charge
  • +[3.2 - 6.0]% Lucky Hit Chance with Shadow Damage
  • +[2.6 - 4.0]% Essence Cost Reduction
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Damage Reduction from Enemies That Are Affected By Shadow Damage Over Time
  • +[18 - 25] Intelligence
  • Create desecrated ground beneath your Sever spectres as they travel, damaging enemies for [252 - 352] Shadow damage over 2 seconds.

Howl from Below (Gloves)

  • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[6.0 - 9.5]% Chance to CC.
  • +[6.5 - 10.0]% Corpse Skill Attack Speed
  • +[3.0 - 6.5]% Lucky Hit Chance
  • Lucky Hit: Up to a +[4.5 - 8.0]% Chance to Stun
  • ★ Instead of detonating immediately, Corpse Explosion summons a Volatile Skeleton that charges at a random enemy and explodes. Corpse Explosion's damage is increased by [30 - 40]%.

Ring of Mendeln (Ring)

  • +16.6% Shadow Resistance
  • +[2.1 - 3.5]% Lucky Hit Chance
  • +[4.5 - 8.0]% Minion Attack Speed
  • +[10,080.0 - 15,960.0]% Maximum Minion Life
  • +[75 - 134] Thorns
  • While you have 7 or more Minions you gain:
  • Lucky Hit: Up to a 10% chance to empower all of your Minions, causing the next attack from each to explode for [2,520 - 3,360] Physical damage.
